In the early days, I focused on running the business while relying on my talented business partner to take the lead in the kitchen. Over time, I joined in the creative process and now enjoy contributing both behind the scenes and in the kitchen.

Over the years, I’ve organized countless community events and provided catering for a range of charitable organizations and private clients. Currently, I serve as the Coordinator of Development and Events at MCC Toronto, where I also offer part-time catering services to congregants and friends. My experience at MCC Toronto has given me a deep appreciation for community and helped me form lasting connections that I will value always.
